L’Addetto/a al Contact Center rappresenta il primo punto di contatto tra l’azienda e i potenziali clienti. La figura si occupa della gestione delle comunicazioni inbound e outbound, fornendo informazioni sui prodotti e servizi, supportando le attività commerciali e contribuendo alla gestione della relazione con i rivenditori. Responsabilità principali

  • Gestione delle chiamate in entrata e in uscita per fornire informazioni di base sui prodotti e servizi offerti.
  • Organizzazione degli appuntamenti per la rete vendita, al fine di supportare e facilitare l’attività commerciale sul territorio.
  • Gestione e smistamento delle richieste di contatto, garantendo risposte rapide, precise e complete.
  • Collaborazione con i team Marketing e Vendite per la qualifica dei lead e la gestione degli appuntamenti.
  • Gestione dei rapporti con i rivenditori: inclusi report, resoconti periodici e gestione dei pagamenti.
  • Mantenimento di un elevato livello di servizio al cliente, contribuendo alla customer satisfaction e alla fidelizzazione.

 

Requisiti

  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili (Contact Center, Customer Service o Telemarketing).
  • Ottime capacità comunicative, relazionali e di ascolto attivo.
  • Orientamento al cliente e attitudine al problem solving.
  • Buone competenze informatiche (pacchetto Office, CRM, software di call center).
  • Capacità di lavorare in team e per obiettivi.
  • Flessibilità, precisione e capacità di gestire più attività contemporaneamente.
  • Buone capacità di linguaggio e di gestione delle obiezioni
  • Flessibilità di orario.
