TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst III in Atlanta, GA.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst III to support the Accounts Receivable team in analyzing collection efforts, overseeing the training of AR supervisors and specialists, and ensuring that company goals and protocols are met. In this role, you will contribute to the development of team members, and provide support in technical and operational areas, including special projects, onboarding, internal audits, and the approval of Oracle EBS Roles and Responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNTIONS:

  • Team Performance:
    • Provide leadership, training, and ongoing support to AR staff on best practices, department protocols, and process improvements.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Prepare regular weekly and monthly AR reporting
    • Ad-hoc AR reporting for SSC, Corporate, and Field leadership teams
    • Establish and track AR targets/KPI
    • Design and test PowerBI dashboards in conjunction with data visualization team.
  • Onboarding & Training:
    • Oversee the onboarding process for new AR employees, including submitting IT tickets, ordering equipment, and providing necessary resources for smooth integration into the team.
    • Facilitate training for new and existing employees and ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools required for success.
    • Assist with the approval and management of Oracle EBS Roles and Responsibilities using Fast Path, ensuring proper access controls and segregation of duties.
  • Special Projects & Process Improvement:
    • Serve as the technical lead on special projects, including system upgrades, UAT testing, and process improvements for AR workflows.
    • Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance on AR systems during special project implementations, ensuring successful integration.
    • Act as a liaison between the AR team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Internal Audits & Compliance:
    • Assist with internal audits, ensuring all AR processes and documentation align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure adherence to compliance standards and contribute to maintaining effective controls within the AR department.
    • Assist with the approval and management of Oracle EBS Roles and Responsibilities using Fast Path, ensuring proper access controls and segregation of duties.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Collaborate with internal departments, branch, and regional teams to address AR-related issues or concerns.
    • Maintain open communication with senior management, providing updates and insights on collection efforts and team performance.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the AR Director, AR Managers, or senior leadership to support the goals and objectives of the Accounts Receivable department.

Who we are looking for

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related finance roles, with experience in collections management.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and supporting staff development.
  • Proven ability to analyze aging reports, resolve complex payment issues, and meet or exceed collection goals.
  • Familiarity with AR systems, ERP software (Oracle EBS), and collection protocols.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Elevator industry or service related field experience
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within Accounts Receivable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AR software.
