As the Global Digital Product Owner for the Global Technician App, you will be e2e responsible for developing and scaling our solution that connects our hardware to the cloud and with that enables our digital evolution of urban mobility. Your tasks:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Own the complete product vision, global roadmap, and lifecycle for the GTA. Develop clear, business-driven objectives that align with company strategy and drive measurable growth in digital sales and user adoption.
• End-to-End Product Delivery: Drive product execution by coordinating external development teams, architects, UX/UI designers, and regional stakeholders. Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and delivery timelines while ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet user needs and business objectives.
• Performance Management & Analytics: Define and track key performance indicators including digital sales growth, connected units, user adoption rates, and conversion metrics. Provide regular reporting on product performance and take ownership of results against targets.
• Global Stakeholder Leadership: Lead alignment across international teams, balancing commercial priorities with operational requirements. Act as the single point of contact for product escalations, roadmap communications, and strategic decisions related to GTA.
• User Experience & Technical Excellence: Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams and engineering to deliver exceptional user experiences. Ensure technical architecture supports scalability while maintaining high performance and reliability standards.
• Market-Driven Product Discovery: Drive product discovery and validation through stakeholder interviews, customer research, lightweight experiments, and market feedback. Focus on identifying features and enhancements that deliver genuine business value and competitive advantage.
• Commercial Enablement & Go-to-Market: Prepare and support global product rollouts, including commercial packaging, pricing strategy input, and enablement materials for sales and service teams. Ensure successful market entry and adoption across different regions.
• Resource & Vendor Management: Manage external development resources, contractors, and vendor relationships. Ensure optimal resource allocation, quality delivery, and budget efficiency while maintaining strong partnership relationships.

• Product Management Excellence: 5+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years owning mobile applications or SaaS platforms. Proven track record of managing complete product lifecycles from conception to market success, with measurable business impact.
• Technical & Mobile Expertise: Strong understanding of mobile app development, API ecosystems, and cloud-based platforms. Experience with IoT, content management systems, or real-time data processing is highly valuable. Comfortable working with technical teams and making architecture decisions.
• Stakeholder Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across different regions and functions. Experience managing external development teams, contractors, and vendor relationships with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Data-Driven Approach: Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to guide product decisions and demonstrate business value. Comfortable with performance measurement, A/B testing, and user analytics to drive continuous product improvement.
• Global & Cross-Cultural Experience: Experience working in international organizations with distributed teams. Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt product strategies for different markets while maintaining global consistency.
• User Experience Focus: Strong UX/UI sensibility with experience collaborating with design teams. Understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and customer journey mapping to create compelling user experiences.
• Agile & Lean Methodologies: Expertise in Agile development methodologies, sprint planning, and lean startup principles. Experience with product discovery techniques, experimentation, and iterative development approaches.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of B2B software business models, particularly SaaS, mobile apps, or enterprise solutions. Experience with commercial packaging, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement.
• Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. Technical background with business acumen or business background with strong technical understanding.
