What we expect
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate between the internal technical team, sales team, and customers
- Assist in the preparation of bids, contracts, and documents
- Document, follow up, and inform relevant parties on all modification requests
- Assist in the coordination of invoices internally and with clients
- Communicate and respond to messages; supervisors and sales team
- Help with contract monitoring; general administration
- Communicate verbally and literally while documenting the coordination of material ordering and delivering to the internal team and customer
- Attend internal and external meetings as required
- Perform job site visits, project walk throughs and order approvals
- Assist in the review and revision of technical drawings
- Complete and submit permit applications to the local authority having jurisdiction
- Perform logistics coordination and scheduling
- Perform purchasing activities on behalf of the sales and operations team
- Related duties that may be assigned as necessary
Who we are looking for
Your qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in engineering or other degree deemed relevant to the job
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry
- Clear understanding of project management concepts, administration and execution
- Organizational skills, multitasking abilities, drive and capacity to work in a fast- paced environment
- Strong knowledge of written and digital project management tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision
- Demonstrate understanding of project phases: tenders, contracts, conception, procurements, delivery
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Ability to interpret technical documents such as blue prints, tables, charts and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving ability
