What we expect
Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in project management and business analytics within an international environment? Join us as a Working Student - Project Management and Business Analytics and contribute to initiatives that improve processes, data quality, and the user experience. You will work closely with business and data teams, take ownership of meaningful tasks, and build valuable skills in project coordination, change management, communication, and data-driven problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Delivery – Assist the program or stream lead in coordinating activities after testing and implementation, including actions, priorities, milestones, and deadlines
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work with business stakeholders, data engineers, and Data Operations teams to clarify needs, coordinate inputs, and contribute to practical solutions
- Drive Communication and Adoption – Help create stakeholder updates, user communications, guidance materials, and change activities that support successful adoption
- Keep Projects on Track – Maintain action trackers, status updates, decisions, timelines, and project documentation using tools such as Excel, Teams, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint
- Turn Data into Insights – Consolidate information, spot trends, and prepare clear summaries that enable informed decisions; experience with SQL or Python is an advantage
Who we are looking for
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Economics, Project Management, Information Systems, Data or Business Analytics, or a related field
- You enjoy bringing structure to complex topics and can reliably follow up on several activities at the same time
- You communicate clearly and feel comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in an international environment
- You are proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and keen to learn while taking ownership of your work
- An interest in data and familiarity with SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar tools is welcome but not required
