What we expect

  • You will manage the TKE Group's central financing instruments and collaborate with us to continuously develop financing and capital structure concepts. You will analyze, for example, the loan documentation of various instruments and long-term liquidity planning.
  • You will design and implement decentralized financing agreements for subsidiaries and ensure the availability of, among other things, trade finance lines. You will also advise subsidiaries on financing and liquidity issues.
  • You will be responsible for the operational foreign currency management and you will optimize the foreign currency portfolio in a team oriented approach. Additionally, you will actively drive development of interest rate risk management concepts.
  • You will handle the operational execution of money market transactions and capture various instruments in the treasury management system.
  • You will act as a central contact and negotiating partner for banks and financial institutions in all matters mentioned above.
  • You will support internal and external reporting, e.g., by contributing to internal management reporting and liquidity planning, assisting with quarterly and annual financial statements, and regularly fulfilling reporting obligations.

Who we are looking for

  • You have a degree (university or university of applied sciences) with a focus in commerce or business administration, preferably in Finance & Accounting or a similar qualification.
  • You possess several years of relevant professional experience in treasury, corporate finance, financial management, or in a banking environment.
  • You have an in-depth understanding of financial markets, financial instruments, and loan documentation, along with expertise in risk management techniques.
  • You have a strong and broad interest in financial instruments and processes in corporate treasury, and are motivated for continuous improvement.
  • You are experienced in using relevant IT applications, including treasury management systems, financial reporting, and market data.
  • You are fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills at all levels of the company and strong negotiation skills.
  • Your profile is rounded off by a high level of personal initiative with a strong service orientation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
