TK Elevator Home Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager. This is a fully remote position.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in North America. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Canada, with a focus on expanding market share in Canada.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, distributors, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and market share targets across Canada.
- Set sales goals, create action plans, and monitor performance metrics to ensure success.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities within the territory, including identifying and approaching potential new partners and distributors.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Canadian customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Promote Access BDD's products and services through various channels, including trade shows, industry events, and networking activities.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events, positioning Access BDD as a leading provider of mobility solutions.
- Work closely with the global sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share best practices.
- Partner with the Technical Support team to ensure customers receive timely and effective solutions to any issues.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor analysis to senior management.
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma standard education or equivalent (essential).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (desirable).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, ideally within the mobility or accessibility industry.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian mobility/accessibility industry.
- Experience working with distributors, partners, and customers in a B2B environment.
- Fluent in English (required); proficiency in French (desirable).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve results and exceed targets.
