TK Elevator is currently seeking a driven, passionate and detail-oriented CPQ Platform Delivery Lead located in Atlanta, GA.

Responsible to lead a critical portion of our organization's software applications portfolio supporting our sales organization. Designed as a role for an early-career IT professional, this role has the daily responsibility for managing a development team in delivery of new capabilities in the Configure Price Quote (CPQ) platform space.  The successful candidate will become an ‘elevator person’, learning about TKE’s lines of business and products, using that knowledge to provide technical solutions in the CPQ arena to allow the Company to accomplish its business goals. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Leadership, Strategy and Management

  • Lead the delivery of projects and enhancements within our sales enablement area. The current technology stack is Oracle CPQ (formerly BigMachines).  Other CPQ products are on the future product roadmap as well.
  • Daily leadership of the execution of a development team in a hybrid agile environment. Ensure proper user story management, oversee technical delivery end-to-end.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals including developers, engineers, and analysts in a highly matrixed and outsourced environment.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Governance and Delivery

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure proper use of Microsoft Azure DevOps to manage the execution and delivery of prioritized scope items.
  • Collaborate for successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage and ensure adherence to deployment and change management processes.
  • Partner with business counterparts to facilitate communication, training, and user adoption for seamless transitions of delivered functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and technical teams.

  • Apply quick learning and process-focused troubleshooting skills to assist the team in working through and resolving technical challenges encountered during the delivery.
  • Take a ‘hands-on’ approach to leading the activities of the team; while this doesn’t require writing code, develop a knowledge / familiarity with the technical components of the solutions being delivered in order to facilitate efficient delivery.
  • Work seamlessly across a highly matrixed organization to remove obstacles, juggle competing priorities and deadlines.

Who we are looking for

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT project delivery.
  • Good understanding of application lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Team leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team of technical professionals.
  • Experience working in a hybrid agile environment; SAFe agile certification ideal.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executives.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate through challenges and uncertainties.
  • Quick learner with a knack for learning new technologies and applications.
