What we expect

TKE è attualmente alla ricerca di un Commerciale per rafforzare la linea di Business Service nell’area di Modena.

La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

    • Sviluppare il parco impianti in accordo con la politica aziendale e gli obiettivi prefissati dall’Azienda;
    • Gestire i clienti assegnati, organizzando incontri periodici al fine di mantenere una buona relazione con gli stessi;
    • Offrire e Vendere servizi e modernizzazioni ai propri clienti ed a nuovi clienti in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali in termini di ordinato, fatturato, marginalità ed incasso;
    • Monitorare la soddisfazione dei clienti, predisponendo le eventuali azioni necessarie al fine di ottenere il massimo gradimento degli stessi;
    • Collaborare con il Supervisore Servizi e gli altri colleghi della filiale al fine di fornire al cliente un servizio a 360 gradi ed ottenere la piena soddisfazione di quest’ultimo;
    • Identificare i bisogni di servizio/prodotto provenienti dal mercato;
    • Garantire il follow-up degli accordi raggiunti durante il processo di vendita, adoperandosi affinché siano assicurati gli standard e le tempistiche previste e siano al contempo rispettati i termini e le modalità d’incasso.

    Who we are looking for

    Si richiede:

    • Esperienza commerciale nel settore ascensoristico – linea di business Servizi/Ammodernamenti - di almeno 10 anni;
    • Ottima capacità di gestire la relazione con il cliente;
    • Collaborazione e lavoro in team;
    • Dimestichezza con l’utilizzo del pacchetto office;
    • Conoscenza di SAP (plus);
    • Conoscenza della lingua inglese costituisce titolo preferenziale;
    • Patente di guida valida;
    • Passione, energia e voglia di affrontare le sfide.
