What we expect

De functie

In deze functie hou je je bezig met de gehele recruitmentcyclus en werk je samen met de Talent Acquisition Lead aan diverse projecten, zoals o.a.: Corporate Recruitment, Employer Branding, talent ontwikkeling, en nog veel meer. De focus van onze vacatures ligt op de techniek. Vanuit jouw expertise ben je verantwoordelijk voor de werving en selectie van nieuw talent voor onze organisatie. De werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit:

  • Vacature intake, teksten schrijven en verspreiden via de gangbare kanalen.
  • Talent Sourcing.
  • Beheren van het gehele selectieproces, van het eerste contact tot aan de on-boarding.
  • Talentpool management.
  • Verschillende Recruitment Projecten.
  • Verbeteren van de bestaande recruitment processen en het gebruik van de juiste tools en data.

Who we are looking for

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt minimaal HBO werk – en denkniveau.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor 32 – 40 uur per week.
  • Het is een pré als je ervaring hebt met het werven van technische profielen.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring binnen recruitment.
  • Je kan goed zelfstandig werken en helpt graag bij het bouwen aan een afdeling.
  • Je komt proactief met nieuwe recruitment initiatieven en denkt graag out of the box om TKE te onderscheiden op de arbeidsmarkt.
  • Je bent vaardig met verschillende sociale mediakanalen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk.
