What we expect

La figura selezionata sarà il punto di riferimento per la pianificazione e il coordinamento delle attività tecniche, garantendo un’elevata qualità del servizio e soddisfazione del cliente.

Responsabilità principali

  • Ricezione e gestione delle richieste di intervento tecnico da parte dei clienti
  • Analisi preliminare delle problematiche segnalate e verifica delle cause
  • Pianificazione e coordinamento degli interventi tecnici in tutta Italia
  • Contatto diretto con i clienti per la definizione degli appuntamenti
  • Supporto telefonico ai tecnici dell’assistenza durante gli interventi
  • Gestione della documentazione contrattuale e amministrativa
  • Compilazione di report, statistiche e rendicontazioni legate agli interventi

Who we are looking for

Requisiti

  • Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore
  • Pregressa esperienza in ambito customer care o assistenza tecnica
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (pacchetto Office)
  • Spiccate capacità organizzative e di problem solving
  • Ottime doti relazionali e orientamento al cliente
