As a Digital Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and deployment of our digital tools and systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• You are an elevator and digitization enthusiast
• You will work towards achieving our field operations targets by optimizing digital processes and ensuring efficiency in elevator maintenance and operations.
• You will support the deployment of MAX, MAX sensor and MAXi, coordinating with various teams to ensure successful implementation and integration.
• You will monitor the activities of our Digital Operations Center (DOC) as well as support in the expansion of new DOCs across EA.
• You will review, analyze, and prioritize change requests for our digital tools, ensuring that critical updates and improvements are implemented effectively and in a timely manner.
• In this role, you report to the Team Lead of EA Digital Field.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Digital Operations Specialist who possesses the following qualities and qualifications:

• You have relevant experience in the elevator industry and/or relevant expertise in digitization or information technology.
• Strong technical skills, with experience in monitoring and deploying digital operations systems.
• Ability to review, analyze, and prioritize change requests, making a clear governance model to enhance our digital products.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to achieve operational targets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• You are characterized by high customer orientation and strong stakeholder management.
• You are a strong team player and like to work in a fast paced multicultural environment.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
