TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Digital product Owner located in Atlanta, GA.

You will co-drive this journey with a dynamic and growing team that uses leading technology and works in a truly global setup to solve challenging problems, and develop new business solutions and digital products:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Product Ownership:
- Feel and take ownership of the digital product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Develop user stories based on a deep understanding of customer/user needs and run the whole process until value creation
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and requirements
- Work with internal/external teams to define, design, and develop solutions that add value to customers and users
- Foster strong with global stakeholders from business to IT, from security to customers and users of the applications
User-Centric Design:
- Advocate for user-centric design principles, ensuring that digital products meet or exceed customer expectations.
Success endurance and data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators to measure the success of digital products and programs. Feel and be responsible for value creations
- Ensure all necessary steps for value creation are taken – from development to process changes, to training needs and culture development all the way to KPI/incentive adjustments
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, engineering, etc.)
- You have 5-10 years of experience as a Digital Product Owner or similar
- Strong hands-on experience in working with Agile methodologies in a global B2B setting and in collaboration with existing processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate (verbally and in writing) ideas and complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with digital product development, preferably in areas such as software, mobile apps, or web platforms.
- A strongly driven pragmatic and hands-on person who is ready to go the extra mile and does what is necessary to make the product a success
- Strong team player with a track record of making teams successful and putting joint goals ahead of personal goals
What we offer

Employees will receive 15 days of paid time off (PTO) per year. Employees will enjoy 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and 5 paid days of sick leave. Up to six weeks of paid parental leave will be available for use after successful completion of 90-days of full-time employment. Eligibility requirements for these benefits will be controlled by applicable plan documents.
