Our Finance team plays a critical role in driving performance, enabling decision-making, and supporting sustainable growth.
We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is technically strong, highly analytical, and eager to build a foundation in financial analysis, automation, and business partnering.
What we expect
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Perform variance analysis and identify key performance drivers
- Build and maintain advanced Excel models to support decision-making
- Develop automation solutions using macros/VBA to improve efficiency
- Analyze data from Oracle, Salesforce, and planning systems (EPM)
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to support business performance
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience
- Advanced Excel skills (required)
- Strong modeling capability
- Experience with macros/VBA preferred
- Exposure to ERP/CRM systems (Oracle, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
