What we expect
- You work closely with various departments and business units on a global level, using existing network structures and continuously expanding them.
- You develop coordinated strategies for the various transportation modes. You will promote cross-divisional cooperation in tenders and internal optimization projects.
- You monitor market developments, derive implications for individual TKE organizations and draw up risk mitigation plans in coordination with the responsible business unit. You take expected developments into account when planning internal projects and tenders.
- You will manage global initiatives, ensure effective reporting and prepare reports on current developments for TKE top management.
- You will continue to drive digitalization within logistics by introducing suitable TMS, tender platforms and SMI instruments and take on the role of PMO for global expansion.
- You further develop the strategic supplier base in coordination with TKE's global and BU functions.
Who we are looking for
- You have a degree in logistics, supply chain management or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience in a comparable position in an international environment.
- You have sound knowledge in the development and implementation of procurement strategies as well as in the management of large tenders.
- You have experience in the technical management of global teams and the cross-divisional management of international projects.
- You have strong analytical and strategic thinking as well as excellent communication skills.
- You have experience in establishing and developing a strategic supplier base as well as experience in using modern logistics and IT tools.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English rounds off your profile.
