What we expect
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment process: Manage the recruitment process, from job postings, candidate screening, interview organization, and selection to offer management and onboarding preparation
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for different departments.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and posting them on internal and external job boards.
- Screen and assess candidates, conducting initial interviews and shortlisting applicants for hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare and manage offer letters and all related employment documentation in line with company policies.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Support candidate experience, providing clear communication throughout the hiring process and delivering feedback.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database to ensure accurate candidate tracking and reporting.
- Generate recruitment reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement in the hiring process.
- Actively contribute to improving the recruitment process, proposing and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and quality of hires.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company and receive necessary training and resources.
Who we are looking for
Your profile:
- Completed studies in HR management, business administration, or a comparable degree.
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an HR Shared Service or internal recruitment environment.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding preparation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR teams.
- Experience with offer letters and contract preparation preferred, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
- Proficient in recruitment software (e.g., ATS) and MS Office.
- Fluent in French
- Fluent in English
