What we expect

Corporate Strategy:

  • Coordinate the development and execution of the company's strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, assess risks, and develop actionable plans to enhance competitive positioning.
  • Contribute the annual strategic planning process, facilitating workshops and discussions with senior leadership to set long-term goals and priorities.
  • Foster innovation and adaptability within the organization to address future market challenges and opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, recommending adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Market Intelligence:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Leverage predictive analytics to anticipate market shifts and proactively recommend adjustments to the company’s strategy.
  • Coordinate the annual global market query across >50 countries, analyzing results and presenting findings to stakeholders to guide market entry and expansion strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a robust market intelligence framework, utilizing advanced analytics to transform data into actionable business recommendations.

Board Office & Special Projects:

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for board meetings, articulating complex market data and strategic plans in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Manage special projects as assigned by senior leadership, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between the leadership team and various stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and execution of strategic initiatives.

Who we are looking for

  • Educational Background: You hold a university degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: You bring 3 - 5 years of experience in roles such as business development, corporate strategy, or consulting, with a proven track record of delivering results in dynamic and complex environments.
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinking: You demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, supported by a hypothesis-driven, problem-solving approach that enables you to handle complex issues
  • Self-Driven and Flexible: Highly self-motivated and structured, you can think end-to-end while remaining adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Communication Excellence: You excel in articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Project and Stakeholder Management: With strong organizational skills, you successfully manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments and drive initiatives involving diverse stakeholders.
  • Team Player: A positive, collaborative, and open team player, you thrive in dynamic team settings and build strong relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency: You have superb proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
