We are looking for a Repair Coordinator to join our operations team based in Belfast. This role will be responsible for ensuring all repair and enhancement work is completed within KPI’s and customer contracts and carrying out administration tasks for the Repairs team.

As a Repair Coordinator, your day to day will include:

• To ensure that all repair/enhancements work is scheduled with the subcontractor or repair engineer and client within a timely manner
• To update computer systems to reflect the status of jobs
• Identify parts required for repairs/enhancements and ordering of necessary parts
• Invoice all repair work within a timely manner with completion paperwork
• Open communication with customers via phone and email
• Always be commercially aware within the role

• 2+ years experience working in an administration role
• Extremely good organisation skills
• A confident communicator
• Able to work well under pressure and manage their own workload
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to use your initiative and work well with others
• Positive attitude and receptive to change
• Superior customer-care skills
