Our two production centers located in Móstoles (Madrid) and Andoaín (Guipúzcoa) are specialized in elevators for the residential sector. We focus our efforts on providing elevator solutions adapted to market demands. From our factory, we supply products worldwide. Our focus is customer orientation and our goal is excellence. The Product Development Center (PDC) - Móstoles leads the development of SMP low-rise system and its main components. We support the Manufacturing centers in Europe Africa and we strive to provide the most competitive products.
The new Signalization Cluster Program Manager is responsible for managing the cluster project portfolio, in close collaboration with the Cluster Lead, to ensure that the projects and all their deliverables are provided to all relevant stakeholders on time, on cost and on scope.
What we expect
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact person for the cluster.
Portfolio Governance: Create and regularly update the cluster's multi-regional project portfolio.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and track portfolio progress, collaborating with Project Managers, and report status to leadership.
Scope Control: Secure the portfolio's scope and actively prevent scope creep in projects.
Resource Planning & Provisioning: Identify, plan, and ensure availability of all required resources.
Talent & Team Leadership: Act as a leader for all project stakeholders, build a robust team, and identify, recruit, develop, and retain talent within the cluster.
Financial Oversight: Monitor and follow up on the cluster's budget and project financial status, reporting profit and loss.
Risk & Quality Assurance: Ensure project risk assessments are performed and that all deliverables are completed and stored correctly.
Project Performance & Collaboration: Lead continuous performance meetings with developers/stakeholders and integrate/lead collaboration on all portfolio activities, including prototype availability.
Team Environment & Tools: Create an enriched working environment for all distributed resources and ensure they have all required tools for their jobs.
Process Improvement & Compliance: Ensure safety is the priority, act as a role model, and be responsible for fulfilling, updating, and improving project management processes (including continuous improvement of working process).
Project Closure & Handover: Ensure a smooth handover of completed projects, close any open issues before transition, and lead lessons learned meetings.
Who we are looking for
- 8+ years’ experience from project management, ideally in an international /multicultural environment.
- Academic degree in engineering or business. Preference on electrical background.
- Nice to have elevator knowledge.
- Advanced skills in communication.
- Advanced skills in planning and execution.
- Strong ability to leverage modern working tools such as O365, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Customer oriented.
- Willingness to travel+

- Emphatic with customer needs and team.
