As Lead Product Owner (d/f/m), you’ll drive strategy and execution for a portfolio of customer- and passenger-facing digital products. You’ll lead a global team of Product Owners, deliver measurable business impact, and help grow our digital revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the digital roadmap for smart building solutions, aligned with business goals.
- Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing, international Product Owner team.
- Business Impact: Own product performance, driving revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Technology & Innovation: Anticipate market trends and lead advancements in IoT, AI, mobile, and data analytics.
- Portfolio Management: Balance investment across mature and emerging products to maximize value.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate strategy and progress to executives, regional leaders, and key customers.
- Customer Success: Ensure products meet real customer needs and drive satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and report on digital sales, connected units, churn, and strategic progress.
Who we are looking for
- Experienced Digital Leader: 8+ years in product management, including 3+ years leading digital portfolios in B2B. Proven success in driving revenue and customer impact.
- Strategic & Execution-Focused: Strong ability to turn vision into actionable strategies. Track record of launching and scaling digital solutions.
- Team Builder: Skilled in leading distributed teams across regions. Inspires, mentors, and drives performance.
- Data-Driven: Comfortable with KPIs, P&L responsibility, and using analytics to guide decisions.
- Tech-Savvy: Solid understanding of IoT, SaaS, mobile platforms, APIs, and enterprise software. Experience in smart buildings or industrial IoT is a plus.
- Global Mindset: Experienced in international, matrixed environments. Adapts strategies across cultures and time zones.
- Influential Communicator: Able to engage both technical and business audiences. Builds consensus across diverse stakeholders.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Personal Traits: Entrepreneurial, results-driven, passionate about innovation and impact. Thrives in dynamic environments.
