What we expect

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Team Lead IoT & Network & Digital Architect to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of IoT solutions, network infrastructure, and digital architecture projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IoT, network, and digital architecture professionals.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
  • Design and develop scalable and secure IoT solutions.
  • Oversee the integration of IoT devices and systems with existing infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Design and implement robust network architectures to support IoT and digital solutions.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Ensure network security and data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital architecture strategy.
  • Ensure the alignment of digital architecture with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance digital capabilities.
  • Design and implement cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure.
  • Oversee the integration of Azure cloud services with IoT and digital systems.
  • Ensure cloud architecture aligns with best practices for scalability, security, and performance.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IoT, network, digital, and cloud technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards.

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IoT, network architecture, and digital solutions.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team.
  • Strong understanding of IoT platforms, protocols, and security.
  • Expertise in network design, implementation, and management.
  • Experience with digital architecture frameworks and best practices.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications in IoT, network, digital architecture, or Azure cloud.
  • Experience with cloud computing and edge computing.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English
