Responsabilità principali:
• Sostenere e promuovere i valori fondamentali dell'azienda: attenzione al cliente, apprezzamento, integrità, affidabilità, rispetto e responsabilità.
• Rispettare le linee guida per la salute, la sicurezza e l'ambiente in tutte le attività personali e dipartimentali.
• Offrire una guida tecnica ai clienti, rispondendo prontamente alle richieste tecniche verbali e scritte.
• Eseguire la diagnosi dei guasti e implementare azioni correttive, inoltrando i problemi di qualità al Senior Technical Manager quando necessario.
• Supporto per la risoluzione di guasti e guasti, sia in remoto che in loco.
• Fornire sessioni di formazione sull'installazione e la manutenzione di tutti i prodotti TK Access, inclusa l'assistenza alle installazioni supervisionate come richiesto.
• Mantenere e aggiornare la documentazione tecnica in tutte le lingue pertinenti per supportare la base clienti della Società.
• Collaborare con le fabbriche e fornire feedback ai team di R&D in merito a questioni tecniche e relative alla qualità.
• Rimanere informati sugli aggiornamenti dei prodotti correlati al lavoro.
• Accreditare i clienti e assicurarsi che la loro conoscenza tecnica di tutti i prodotti TK Access sia aggiornata.
Ulteriori responsabilità:
• Garantire che le installazioni soddisfino i regolamenti edilizi, le politiche aziendali e gli standard del settore.
• Svolgere un ruolo fondamentale nel fornire un servizio clienti di eccellenza.
• Svolgere qualsiasi altro compito ragionevole come richiesto dal senior manager tecnico

Who we are looking for

Essenziale conoscenza lingua francese e tedesca

Forte comprensione dei principi e dei processi del servizio clienti, compresa la valutazione delle esigenze e della qualità.  

Comprovata esperienza nell'erogazione di formazione sui prodotti a diversi tipi di pubblico
Conoscenze di lavoro sugli ascensori per scale e piattaforme

Certificato EAL livello 3 nell'esecuzione di operazioni di prova nel settore degli ascensori e delle scale mobili (QCF)
