What we expect
We are looking for a motivated university student to join our Digital Transformation Experience team as an intern. The selected candidate will support cross-functional projects, assist in structuring and documenting initiatives, and help monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Processes to be executed are in a global scale, that means the professional would develop skills for intercultural communications, support global strategies, interact with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders in order to ensure collaboration and projects achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Program Initiatives: assist in the coordination and facilitation of projects involving multiple teams, supporting and helping to track project timelines, roadmaps, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery execution across Digital and Software teams.
- Reporting and Documentation: Support the creation and organization of project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations, as well as helping to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaboration with your peers: Participate in meetings and follow up on action items and stakeholder alignment.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, standards definitions as well as culture maintenance, working with actionable and relevant actions.
- Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs and maintain projects visibility. Act as a proactive person to ensure clarity for everyone involved.

Who we are looking for - Qualifications:
Education: Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Preferably from the 5th period onwards.
Availability: To commit to a 6-hour daily internship schedule.
Experience:
Previous involvement in academic projects or student organizations.
Interest in program management, project coordination, or cross-functional collaboration.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proactive to learn in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with project management methods and platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps is a plus.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Language:
Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Spanish or German) is a plus but not mandatory.
