TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Vice President of Service Sales located in Atlanta, GA.
Drive profitable service sales growth across North America through innovation, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. Ensure consistent operations, EBIT growth, and exceed annual budget targets. Oversee U.S. National Account Sales, fostering growth in key vertical markets through strategic segmentation and relationship management.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Championing Safety & Compliance – Drives and fosters a culture of safety and regulatory compliance across all business lines. Serve as the face of safety initiatives, strategically leading programs focused on training, audits, and accident prevention.
- Driving Sales Performance & Innovation – Implement strategic improvements and innovations to achieve best-in-class sales performance that exceeds targets. Oversee the P&L for service sales in North America, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure sustainable growth.
- Leading Service Sales Growth – Drive customer experience, growth, and retention within service sales. Cultivate an organizational culture that encourages innovation, breakthrough thinking, and calculated risk-taking.
- Overseeing National Account Sales – Lead and expand National Account Sales in the U.S. through strategic market segmentation, increasing share of wallet via strong relationship management.
- Managing Inside Sales Channels – Oversee inside sales through an omnichannel approach, with a focus on customer retention, account management, and digital sales optimization.
- Developing Key Customer Relationships – Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Stay informed on market dynamics, including penetration, service volume, cancellations, and competitor strategies. Participate in high-value customer meetings and bid opportunities.
- Strategic Financial Oversight – Review P&L, sales reports, and forecasts for each region and branch to ensure alignment with financial goals. Monitor key financial indicators such as accounts receivable, material estimate variances, bookings, and EBIT. Work closely with regional and branch leadership to drive financial success.
- Collaborating with Senior Leadership – Partner with senior executives and regional presidents to assess sales performance, implement strategies, and lead performance management initiatives including progressive discipline when targets are not met.
- Talent Development & Recruitment – Actively engage in the recruitment and development of top sales talent to attract and retain high performers.
- Approving & Managing Large Bids – Review, approve, and engage in high-value bids, coordinating with regional presidents and the US Field Operations team.
- Ensuring Service Excellence Compliance – Monitor and enforce national compliance with service excellence goals through audits of customer interactions, quality reviews, capital planners, TK Extend designations, and pipeline management.
- Product & Market Expertise – Maintain in-depth knowledge of TKE’s product offerings through ongoing training, supplier updates, and factory equipment reviews. Understand and articulate the company’s mission, values, and ethical standards while differentiating TK Elevator from competitors.
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- Master’s in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Requires 10 to 15 years of experience in upper-level management and sales in the elevator industry.
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of the service sales process.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiencies.
- Must be very well organized, have a high energy level, strong work ethic, acute attention to detail and be very process oriented.
- Must be motivated, goal oriented and proactive.
- Ability to identify, own, understand, supervise and delegate to ensure accurate completion under strict timelines with minimal guidance; ability to react well under pressure and willing to accept responsibility.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; must be able to address business challenges and provide solutions.
- Must be team oriented and have the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work and collaborate with employees and customers within and outside the regional office.
