What we expect
- Support the operational governance of the global reporting platform, working closely with business and technical product owners to ensure stability and continuous enhancement
- Coordinate and execute monthly reporting cycles, proactively identifying improvement opportunities and safeguarding timely, high-quality outputs for global leadership
- Assist in preparing executive-ready management updates, performance analyses, and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making
- Contribute to the design and refinement of Excel- and PowerBI-based tracking tools that underpin key Global Field performance initiatives and reporting standards
- Provide structured end-user support, including documentation, communication, and targeted training sessions to enhance reporting adoption and capability across regions
Who we are looking for
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Economics, Data/Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data; high attention to detail
- Solid Excel skills; familiarity with PowerBI or similar BI tools is a strong plus
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate in an international environment
- Proactive, structured, and eager to learn new tools and methodologies
