What we expect
- Review and preparation of received invoicing documentation
- Creation and sending of outgoing invoices and accompanying documentation
- Performing administrative tasks related to invoicing
- Regular communication with customers
- Reconciliation of balances and open items with customers
- Debt collection and follow-up
- Contact to the head office abroad
Who we are looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent in business or a related field, with emphasis on the knowledge and skills required for the job
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience working in ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
- Fluent in English and Croatian both written and spoken
- Reliable and proactive personality
- Flexibility and ability to work independently
- Team player with strong communication skills
