What we expect
Your Responsibilities:
- Technical and Disciplinary Leadership: You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of our global testing and qualification activities within the Highrise Product Development Center (PDC). Your goal is to ensure the quality of our products through effective team management and strategic decision-making.
- Leading International Teams: Lead our testing and qualification teams in Germany, China, Korea, and the USA. You will promote a collaborative and performance-oriented work environment that supports the exchange of best practices among the various locations.
- Close Collaboration with Development Departments: Work closely with our global development departments to ensure targeted qualification of our Highrise products. Your input will be crucial in optimizing the development process and reducing time to market.
- Global Reporting and Stakeholder Management: Take charge of global reporting and stakeholder management across all T&Q activities. You will be the central point of contact for all relevant internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all projects are transparent and traceable.
- Compliance with Safety Regulations: Ensure that safety regulations are consistently adhered to in both operations and products. Your responsibilities include training your teams on safety-related aspects and implementing best practices.
Who we are looking for
Your Profile:
- Leadership Experience: You bring at least 3 years of leadership experience in an international environment, ideally in the elevator industry or related fields.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the elevator industry is essential, and experience with highrise systems is advantageous. You understand the challenges and trends in this dynamic market.
- Solution Orientation: You have a strong solution-oriented mindset and are capable of analyzing complex problems and developing proactive solutions.
- Language Skills: Excellent English skills are a must, and additional language skills are desirable. Your communication abilities enable you to interact effectively with international teams.
- Cultural Sensitivity: A strong cultural awareness is necessary to operate successfully in a global environment. You respect cultural differences and leverage them as an advantage for collaboration.
- Willingness to Travel: Regular travel to our international locations is required. You are prepared to spend time in various countries to support the teams on-site.
