Operations Coordinator- Service (Boston)

What we expect
Responsible for performing all administrative duties associated with processing service contracts, customer changes and supporting the service sales department as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assist with daily dispatching, off-route activity, and scheduling coordination. Participate in daily morning huddles to review sick units, labor availability, and scheduling adjustments.
- Generates proposals for code compliance and state work in New Hampshire and Maine.
- Coordinates compliance work with service and repair superintendents, managers and technicians.
- Oversee orders, records, proposals, permits, testing, and projects for customers, vendors, and TKE employees.
- Coordinates with clients on action items, inquiries, and proposals.
- Work with State to document compliance and completion of work.
- Work with vendors for scheduling and permits
- Facilitate accurate and efficient billing information.
- Assist with processing certificates of insurance.
- occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED
- One year certificate from college or technical school preferred
- Three to six months related experience and/or training in basic business administration
- Some elevator repair administrative work preferred
- Oracle/Salesforce database knowledge

Salary range is $55,000 - $70,000 paid hourly and the role offers an annual incentive program. Provided they meet all eligibility requirement under the applicable plan documents, employees will be offered
