We are seeking a Senior Product and UX Analyst (d/f/m) who thrives on data, has strong statistical skills and a user-centric mindset. In this role, you will lead the data capture and analysis of insights across our service technician tools, internal platforms and products as well as our customer-facing digital solutions.
This role will be instrumental in defining KPIs, driving performance insights, and embedding a culture of data-informed decision making across our digital product teams. This role combines deep analytical expertise with strong product sense and a passion for user-centred design. You’ll play a key part in shaping product direction, enhancing user experiences and informing strategic decisions. You’ll be part of a dynamic and fast growing team that uses leading technology and works in a truly global setup to solve challenging problems, develop new business solutions and create digital products.
Your key responsibilities:
Product Analytics: Drive a data informed culture by defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and establishing robust tracking and reporting mechanisms.
Product Optimization: Analyse product usage behaviour to identify opportunities that improve product adoption, engagement and user satisfaction.
Tracking: Partner with key team members to co-lead the Tracking Strategy and implement tracking solutions such as Microsoft Clarity or Google Analytics.
User Insights: Combine qualitative and quantitative research methods to generate insights that improve usability, guide design and inspire innovation.
Experimental Design: Design, implement and manage A/B tests, causal analysis and other experiments. Define clear hypotheses, target segments and success metrics.
Analysis & Reporting: Analyse experimental results using statistical methods, providing detailed reports and recommendations. Identify statistically significant finding s and translate them into actionable insights.
Data Storytelling: Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Build Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products to actively contribute to product discussions and help shape future direction.
Dashboard Management: Develop and maintain dashboards that clearly communicate key metrics, trends and results to stakeholders.
Cross–Functional Collaboration: Support the iterative design of digital products and services by analysing a wide range of datasets and collaborating with user researchers, product owners, designers and developers.
Develop Partnerships: Work hand-in-hand with our product owners and designers to help them shape hypotheses, inform strategy and drive impactful decisions.
Who we are looking for
- 5+ years in a senior product research, data or product analytics role.
- Strong experience in product analytics focused on user behaviour, feature adoption, and engagement metrics.
- Passion for user-centred design and continuous product improvement.
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative user experience analysis and methodologies
- Experience in establishing data analytics and dashboard development for digital products.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation using platfors such as Snowflake, Big Query or Oracle.
- Skilled in data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI or Metabase.
- Solid understanding of A/B testing, statistical significance and experimental design.
- Familiarity with data science methodologies and statistical modelling techniques.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills – able to clearly present insights to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree minimum in a quantitative research field such as Computer Science, Analytics or a related discipline.
- Fluent business level English.
