What we expect
As a Working Student (d/f/m) in the Digital Operations team, you will support digital transformation, data analytics, process optimization, and AI initiatives across the organization. You will contribute to the IOT solution by assisting with data analysis, reporting, dashboard maintenance, and automation activities while also supporting operational tasks related to Incident management, documentation, user support, and AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Support data analysis activities using Excel, Databricks, and reporting tools.
- Maintain and enhance dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking solutions.
- Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities from large datasets.
- Support automation initiatives and maintain existing workflows and scripts.
- Create and update process documentation, SOPs, user guides, and knowledge articles.
- Support incident, change, and service request management activities.
- Assist with AI and digitalization initiatives, including user onboarding and adoption activities.
- Support data governance, reporting, and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders across different countries and functions.
- You will be available for one year, working 20 hours per week.
Who we are looking for
- Recently enrolled in a Master's program in Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis concepts.
- Interest in digital transformation, AI, process management, and automation.
- Structured and independent way of working.
- Exposure to Databricks, Power BI, Power Automate, Python, SQL, or similar technologies.
- Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of machine learning or AI concepts.
- Knowledge of business processes and process documentation.
- Fluent in English.
- You will be available for one year, working 20 hours per week.
During the position, you will gain hands-on experience in:
- Enterprise-level data analytics and reporting.
- Databricks and modern data platforms.
- AI and automation solutions in a global business environment.
- Business process management and digital transformation projects.
- Incident, change, and service management practices.
- Working directly with international stakeholders and senior business leaders.
- Supporting strategic initiatives such as MAX, AI adoption, reporting automation, and continuous improvement programs.
