The Internal Controls (ICS) team ensures that all company processes are secure, compliant, and cost-effective. ICS identifies risks in business processes and covers them with appropriate controls. The controls are tested globally for design and effectiveness and, if weaknesses are identified, action plans are put in place.

Your role as an intern or working student (m/f/d) with us:

• Global collaboration: In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in global collaboration with our international teams and actively contribute to the further development of our internal control system.
• Grow from day 1: You will support us in reviewing and continuously improving our internal processes by analyzing and updating our best practices.
• Proactive collaboration: Your ideas and input are important to us! You can actively contribute suggestions on how we can further develop our control systems.

• Master's degree students, preferably in business administration, accounting, finance, IT, mechanical engineering, or similar
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluent English and ideally also German
• High motivation, team spirit, and enjoyment of creative solutions
• Previous experience with PowerBI and SharePoint is an advantage
• Availability of 20 hours per week for 1 year for a working student position or 35 hours per week for a 4-6 month internship
