TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Advisory Pricing Analyst located in Atlanta, GA.
The Pricing Manager is responsible for analyzing sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform pricing strategy and commercial decision-making. This role partners closely with field sales teams and sales leadership to translate pricing insights into targeted actions that drive KPI performance. The Pricing Manager identifies pricing niches, profitability opportunities, and market-based pricing strategies, owns pricing-related business intelligence tools, measures pricing effectiveness, and delivers clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. The role requires strong prior pricing management experience with a proven ability to balance volume growth and profitability.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and present pricing recommendations and strategic conclusions to senior leadership, balancing volume, margin, and market competitiveness
- Support contract pricing, renewals, and negotiation strategies through data-driven insights
- Establish pricing analytics standards and best practices, ensuring high-quality data and actionable insights
- Analyze sales, customer, and market trends to identify pricing opportunities, risks, and profitability drivers
- Gather, process, and validate pricing and sales data to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights
- Identify pricing niches, customer segments, and opportunities for market-based pricing that support profitable revenue growth
- Conduct competitive analytics to understand market positioning and competitor pricing strategies
- Partner closely with field sales teams and managers to translate insights into actionable steps that improve KPI performance
- Define, monitor, and evaluate pricing KPIs to measure success and drive KPI performance across margin, volume, win rate, and revenue outcomes
- Own, manage, and continuously improve BI tools and dashboards to clearly communicate pricing performance; explore future use of AI-enabled decision support tools
- Provide input and influence on CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes to ensure pricing integrity and optimize deal execution
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business related or analytical discipline required
- Minimum 15 years prior pricing, finance, or revenue management experience required, including 10 years of experience supporting sales teams
- MBA, CPP, or management experience a plus
- Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of pricing concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects
- Demonstrates analytical capabilities in the areas of Financial Impact Analysis, Customer Segmentation, Sensitivity Analysis, and Price Elasticity
- Ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative customer and consumer insights to design and implement compelling offers to drive results to plan
- Strong presentation skills with a particular focus on engaging with sales leadership
- Proven track record of collaborating successfully across organizational boundaries
- Ability to analyze issues and develop and deploy solutions within a dynamic, ever-changing environment
- Observes safety and security procedures. Uses equipment and materials properly.

- Strong analytical skills with hands-on ability to process, analyze, and interpret data independently
- Demonstrated ability to influence field sales teams and leaders through data-driven insights and strong business partnership
- Hands-on responsibility for end-to-end pricing data analysis and processing
- Experience managing pricing dashboards, reporting, and BI tools, with a mindset to explore emerging analytics or AI tools
- Proven ability to measure pricing success and translate insights into actionable commercial recommendations, driving KPI performance
