TK Elevator is currently seeking a motivated, excited and innovative Construction/Repair Billing Intern for our Summer 2026 Internship in Atlanta, GA.
The Intern will be responsible for assisting the NI/MOD and Repair Management Teams to meet the needs of the organization, and will learn fundamental billing practices and financial impacts for best practices.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Obtain basic knowledge of day to day processes of both construction and repair billing processes in a Shared Services environment
- Work with Repair Booking Team to assist in high volume booking of new Repairs
- Investigation of open portal billing opportunities and submission of matching billing for NI, Mod and Repair Billing.
- Assist with assembly of billing documents including completing required customer forms.
- Understand the financial goals of these departments and gain an understanding of KPI’s, SLA’s and other financial target objectives.
- Assist with departmental administrative duties as needed
- Gain valuable work experience and prepare for future career
- Other Day-to-day department responsibilities as assigned by the department leadership
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Seeking candidate that is currently enrolled in college, preferably a junior or higher
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Possess a high level of self-motivation and excellent time management skills
- Possess effective communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain good working relationships and internal networks
- Demonstrated ability to review, communicate
- Excellent written and oral communication skills essential for the role
- Ability to work in a collaborative manner
