What we expect
- Ensuring compliance with all occupational safety (OSH) regulations and quality assurance (QA) guidelines
- Implementing the OSH & QA programs and preparing the necessary documentation in accordance with corporate quality standards and ISO standards
- OHS and quality assurance risk assessments
- Regular reporting on the implementation of OHS and quality assurance measures
- Monitoring legal regulations in the field of occupational safety
- Conducting regular trainings on occupational safety and quality assurance measures
- Participating in the analysis of accidents related to OSH
- Close collaboration with other departments
Who we are looking for
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree is preferred in Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Certificate for occupational safety work, knowledge of ISO standards, legal regulations on occupational safety
- Fluency in English and Croatian is a must;
- Advanced MS Office user, especially in Excel;
- Driver's license cat “B”
- Reliability, responsibility and meticulousness
- Self-initiative, good organizational skills
