We also provide modernization and service programs, including upgrades and spare parts that extend equipment life and performance, and we adapt this same engineering expertise to seaports, with our Seaport Passenger Boarding Bridges (SPBB) for ferry and cruise terminals.
Our equipment is used at more than 370 airports in over 100 countries, and TK Elevator boarding bridges have carried over 1.8 billion passengers worldwide.

Who We Are Looking For
Are you a highly organised and proactive project professional who enjoys driving projects forward and bringing together different stakeholders to achieve a common goal?
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate customer projects within our Airport Solutions business. Acting as the central coordinator across internal teams, suppliers, and customers, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality and contractual requirements.
This position can be performed 100% remotely within Germany and requires a willingness to travel up to 40% depending on project and customer needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead customer projects throughout the project lifecycle, from project handover to final delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Installation, and Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution
- Monitor project progress and ensure delivery against agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation measures
- Drive problem-solving and coordinate corrective actions to keep projects on track
- Manage project scope changes and support commercial discussions where required
- Prepare and present project status reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and safety requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
What You Bring
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management
- Experience in engineering, civil works, infrastructure, industrial manufacturing, or similar project environments is highly desirable
- Experience managing projects involving manufacturing, testing, installation, commissioning, or site activities is an advantage
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP or PRINCE2) is beneficial
