What we expect
- You will lead the regular monthly/quarterly reporting process for net working capital and order backlog
- You will drive continuous improvement of the reporting process, systems and tools
- You will support TKE entities and foster knowledge exchange
- You will provide guidelines for and implement KPI changes in systems (SAP@Kons / PowerBI) and roll-out in the TKE organization
- You will collaborate with other group functions for ad-hoc analyses
- You will lead net working capital, order backlog or other finance projects in collaboration with operational units and TKE functions
- You will drive transition of project measures into daily business and monitor sustainable implementation
- You will design and execute project approaches (e.g. sprints, workshops)
Who we are looking for
- You hold a university degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
- You bring more than 3 years of experience in roles such as controlling, finance or project management with a proven track record of delivering results in dynamic and complex environments
- You demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, supported by a hypothesis-driven, problem-solving approach that enables you to handle complex issues
- A positive, collaborative, and open team player, you thrive in dynamic team settings and build strong relationships
- You are highly self-motivated and structured, you can think end-to-end while remaining adaptable to changing priorities and you are eager to expand your knowledge and learn new methodologies and tools
- You excel in articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing
- You have great skills in MS tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
