What we expect
- Timely book the incoming invoices, follow up the workflow process
- Manage the end-to-end payable process, including payments
- Provide feedback to the purchasing department and to the suppliers, improve the invoice booking process
- Processing travel expense reports and bank statements
- Support to enhance continuously the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) document
- Responsible for the AP of the 5 Eastern European (EE) countries in a team
Who we are looking for
- Understanding of Accounting;
- Open to understand and respect different cultures from the Eastern Europe countries (Croatia, Romania, Czech, Poland);
- 1-2 years accounting experience;
- Fluency in English is a must and other Eastern European language skill is an advantage;
- Advanced MS Office user, especially in Excel;
- Good team player, ready to share the workload or ask for support;
- Attention to details;
- Experience with SAP system is an advantage, but not a must.
