What we expect
We are looking for a new addition to our Belfast office who will provide an efficient and effective administration support.
Who we are looking for
- A high degree of commitment, flexibility and adaptability to meet quality standards and work deadlines is required.
- Minimum 4 GCSE passes at Grade C (or equivalent) including Mathematics and English Language
- A high level of IT competence, to include: o Microsoft Access or Microsoft Excel or Other MS Office systems.
- Ability to learn new IT systems quickly.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Previous experience of working in an office environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility within our changing business environment.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills with the ability to influence.
- Have a positive attitude to the job with a willingness to meet deadlines.
- A high level of personal effectiveness
