What we expect
OVERALL POSITION PURPOSE:
Prepare, assemble and install sides and ceiling panels for boarding bridges, fully complete boarding bridges and walkways in the highest level of quality within established timeframes and economical standards.
CORE TASKS:
1. Prepare all aspects of tunnels/bridges for the test stand according to BOM and assigned drawings.
2. Cut insulation to fit the interior and exterior of the bridge. Spread glue and place insulation inside of slots.
3. Prep wall panels (metal & wood) and ceiling panels according to BOM and assigned drawings.
4. Install wall and ceiling panels according to BOM for interior and exterior and assigned drawings.
5. Ensure correct trims are installed.
6. Read the blueprints for any options and install trims accordingly.
7. Clean and prep floor to make sure floor is leveled and ready for flooring process
8. Read the blueprints for what kind of flooring is needed and cut accordingly.
9. Use blueprint for installation process of flooring and install.
10. Read blueprints for exterior components, preparation and install.
11. Ensure bridge is ready for shipment.
12. Accountable for proper and timely completion of forms to support quality completion of bridges and walkways.
13. Participate and add value as a member of the Manufacturing Department.
14. Engages in effective communication within and across all departments.
15. Participate in Company Safety Program through safety meetings, audits, following good safe work practices and maintaining a safety and clean work environment.
16. Commitment to quality by meeting and exceeding our customer expectations and continuously improving our quality management system and their processes to create value for customers, employees, and shareholders.

Expected (Educational) Qualifications:
· High School Graduate with basic carpentry and mechanical training and/or aptitude or equivalent work related experience.
