What we expect
- Scouting for new enquiries and participating in regular sales for getting orders intake; Preparing and submit techno-commercial offer and order finalization.
- Meet targets for OI and bid submissions.
- Performance monitoring via internal platforms. Participate in reviews with branch, regions and HQ as required.
- Collection of advance payments from customer
- Commercial knowledge on taxes like GST/ Custom duty etc.
- Consistent past success in meeting sales targets.
- Understanding what motivates and influences customer behavior and decision making.
- Having experience in the elevator industry. Have experience WINNING and managing projects.
- Co-ordinate with different internal stakeholders and external partners such as government officials, building constructors, architects, materials supplier, project consultants,field and manufacturing personnel when needed.
- Coordination with commercial teams for getting clarification on POs
- Must be willing to get involved where necessary to support and create customer confidence, close final negotiations, drive collections, or resolve conflict.
- Develop appropriate professional relationships with consultants, government agencies, architects, builders and developers.
Who we are looking for
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the elevator industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a strong customer focus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
