TK Elevator is networking with experienced Billing Coordinators in Atlanta, GA
This role supports TK Elevator’s financial operations by ensuring accurate, timely, & compliant billing across our Shared Service Center. This position partners closely with branch offices, operations teams, and customers to maintain financial accuracy, streamline processes, and uphold exceptional service standards. (At this time, we are conducting networking conversations for anticipated future openings.)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Billing & Accuracy: Prepare, review, and process invoices for service, repair, and modernization work. Ensure all billing aligns with contract terms, completion documentation, and company policy standards.
Collaboration & Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the Shared Service Center, field operations, and account management teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure seamless information flow.
Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external billing inquiries, providing clear communication and issue resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
Process Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of company systems, billing procedures, and industry requirements to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to financial controls.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency and data integrity, contributing to system enhancements and process optimization initiatives.
Teamwork: Collaborate with peers and leaders across departments to support company goals, uphold service standards, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred; HS Diploma required
- At least 1 year of experience within a Shared Service environment.
- Experience using MS Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Understand data processing applications
- Prioritizing and multi-tasking, working well under pressure while paying close attention to detail to meet month-end deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive information, maintain a high level of data entry accuracy, and adhere to strict deadlines is essential.
- Able to display effective interpersonal skills with all levels of employee, as well as the ability to communicate positively and effectively, verbally and in writing
- Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type and years of experience within the industry, education, office location, etc.

Employees will receive 15 days of paid time off (PTO) per year. Employees will enjoy 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and 5 paid days of sick leave. Up to six weeks of paid parental leave will be available for use after successful completion of 90-days of full-time employment. Eligibility requirements for these benefits will be controlled by applicable plan documents.
