What we expect
The Business Analyst Data will analyze trends/patterns across geographies and by type of product/customer/bid/ … to maximize our success rate on profitable major projects. She/he is also responsible of forecasting and planning the NI/MOD sales volume coming from MP in a given year.
Market Intelligence:
- Work closely with country major projects country leaders to understand the competitive landscape in our region
- Review our competitors´ public communication sources to understand what they are doing in this regard.
- Use research tools to analyze the major project potential by country, cluster, region
Reporting:
- Ensure that the data in our major project tools is correct and updated
- Consolidate the data from market clusters into the business unit tools
- Monthly reporting (projects won, projects lost, GM%, hit rate…)
Forecasting/Planning:
- Develop forecasting capability on major projects
- Budgeting capability for major projects
Who we are looking for
Technical Skills
Power BI
- Development of Datasets and Reports/Dashboard
- Creation of visuals and overall user-friendly report design
Excel
- Advanced formulas and functions
- Pivot tables
Analysis Capabilities
- Good capability to analyze data and create models based on it
Traits
- A proactive, flexible and independent working style, requiring limited guidance and with the ability to perform tasks to a high degree of accuracy
- You are a team player with a collaborative and pragmatic style, strong analytical and strategic skills
- You are experienced in managing stakeholders in a multi-cultural global environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken; Minimum level: B2).
