What we expect
Purpose of the Role
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory in France by acquiring new partners and strategically managing existing ones, in line with the company’s dealer-focused commercial strategy. This role is expected to be performed remotely (home-based work).
Key Responsibilities
Implement commercial strategies to expand the dealer network within the assigned area.
Identify and engage suitable new business partners, supporting them until they reach full operational capacity.
Define and monitor sales targets and performance of new partners.
Present new products and technical solutions to dealers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners through regular visits within the assigned territory.
Prepare visit reports, analyze market data and dealer feedback to identify new opportunities.
Coordinate partner visits to company sites and participate in industry events and trade fairs upon request.
Who we are looking for
Requirements
Experience in a technical-commercial role, preferably in the industrial sector or a related field.
Strong results orientation, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, creative mindset with a strong problem-solving attitude.
Good command of Microsoft Office Suite.
