What we expect
We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Administrator to join our National Service Team, who will report to our Customer Service Manager. This role will support the company's service business by keeping the service administration up to date and answering/directing customer calls.
As a Customer Service Administrator, your day to day will include:
- Processing addition, cancellation and amendment’s in a timely manner
- Ensuring all the relevant documents are attached to the account
- Applying monthly uplifts and sending uplift prelists
- Uplifting callout rates on monthly basis
- Invoicing Service Contracts
- Assisting with any contract processing related queries
- Providing Branch Support with any Service Administration related tasks
- Updating our systems with the relevant information provided by branches
- Answering incoming calls in professional manner, logging the callouts and allocating engineers
- Answering autodialler calls and logging the callouts in Navision and allocating engineers
- Providing support to the Customers over the phone
- Adhoc reporting
- Monitoring and answering relevant mailboxes
Who we are looking for
- GCSE Maths and English
- Strong Microsoft Office and database skills.
- Experience working in a similar role
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Highly motivated, reliable and hardworking
- Positive attitude and effective communicator
- Excellent time management skills, highly organised, approachable and flexible
- Ability to manage many tasks and prioritise appropriately
- Strong organisational and people skills
- Excellent time management skills.
