What we expect

Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Product Owner to take ownership of high-impact data and AI products that generate measurable business results. This role bridges business and technology by ensuring that use cases built on our Common Data Platform (CDP) directly improve elevator service operations, sales, and customer outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with the ability to translate data opportunities into tangible value and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the vision, roadmap, and value case for assigned data products
  • Translate business goals into prioritized product features and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, and business SMEs to deliver use cases that optimize field productivity, reduce downtime, improve sales effectiveness, or enhance customer experience
  • Drive measurable business outcomes by setting clear KPIs and monitoring success of delivered products
  • Act as the “voice of the business” in technical discussions and ensure that data solutions create adoption and value in operations and sales
  • Champion data-driven decision making within business units and promote scaling of successful use cases
  • Ensure that all solutions leverage the CDP foundation (Common Data Platform), shared artifacts, and standardized data models for reusability and scalability

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Engineering, Data, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or project delivery with proven business impact
  • Strong business acumen and ability to link data initiatives to P&L impact, revenue growth, cost optimization, or customer experience improvements
  • Track record of delivering tangible results through data or digital products in an industrial, service, or IoT-heavy business
  • Familiarity with Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Power BI (or similar reporting tools) is a plus (ability to guide technical teams, not hands-on required)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills in global organizations
  • Fluent in English
