What we expect

We have both Modernization as Repair poisitions open in Elevators and Escalators. If you have experience in either, please feel invited to apply.

In our Modernization (MOD) team, you will disassemble our clients’ elevator/escalator (parts), and then upgrade, renew and assemble them within existing buildings and infrastructure. This includes a very broad variety of tasks, such as f.e.: replacing control panels, engines, installing new doors, and updating machines and control systems.

In our Repair (REP) team, you will perform (big) repairs on elevators/escalators, from reparation works on engines, step chains or handrails, electrical components, cables, etc.

For both jobs you will work at a diverse set of locations such as train stations, shopping centers, offices, and museums. Every day is different, offering a dynamic and hands-on role for those who enjoy both mechanical and electrical work.

Who we are looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience with elevators and/or escalators (minimum requirement!) - you must be able/have the knowledge to work on installations independently;
  • Someone with both electrical as mechanical experience and proven knowledge;
  • A diploma or proven experience in a technical field;
  • Permission to work in the Netherlands (or the willingness to obtain it — we can support you);
  • A driving license, which is valid within the Netherlands - you will get a car from us;
  • Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands for at least 6 months;
  • Motivation to learn and develop within TKE;
  • Professional working proficiency of the English language and willingness to learn Dutch.

  • A salary of €4.000-€4.500 gross per month, depending on experience level;
  • An annual bonus of 8% of your yearly salary;
