What we expect
You will be part of the Transformation department of the Europe & Africa Business Unit and will report to the Head of Transformation. As Transformation & Business Insights Manager, you will work at the intersection of HR strategy and data-driven decision-making and you will support the HR leadership team across Europe Africa by driving transformation initiatives and delivering impactful business insights. Your work will inform strategic decisions on workforce planning, structural changes, and organizational effectiveness. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting the dots between numbers, strategy, and storytelling.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the Head of HR and Head of Transformation with strategic analyses and decision-making materials, including high-quality presentations for senior leadership and group-level meetings
- Translate complex HR data (e.g. headcount movements, turnover trends, personnel cost impacts, age & tenure profiles) into clear, actionable insights
- Monitor key HR metrics across all legal entities in Europe Africa, identify trends, and highlight implications for transformation priorities
- Contribute to the development and tracking of HR transformation roadmaps, initiatives, and change programs
- Collaborate closely with HR Controlling, HR Analytics, and country HR leaders to ensure consistent and accurate data foundations
- Facilitate preparation and follow-up for transformation workshops, regional HR meetings, other HR related meetings and key strategic discussions
- Provide ad hoc analytical support and problem-solving expertise to the HR leadership team
Who we are looking for
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field
- Several years of experience in HR, transformation, business analysis, or consulting — ideally within an international or matrix organization
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work confidently with HR data (e.g., headcount, attrition, personnel cost, workforce structure)
- Skilled in preparing clear, compelling management presentations and storytelling through data
- Comfortable working with large datasets and cross-country comparisons
- High level of discretion, reliability, and ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
