What we expect
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head or Repairs to join our team in a brand-new role. This role will support the TK Elevator and Lift & Engineering Services Repairs division in line with our company objectives.
As a Head of Repairs, your day to day will include:
- Maximise opportunities for contract enhancements related to costs and timelines.
- Ensure timely execution of repair work and coordinate the larger repair projects within the UK regions.
- Maintain high-quality standards in work to ensure the best customer satisfaction.
- Regularly analyse KPIs, material expenses, and labour hours to identify areas for efficiency improvements
- Introduce standard repair packages and campaigns
- Create and oversee a strategy to meet monthly objectives in accordance with the company's repair processes
- Achieve monthly targets for margins, volume, and efficiency in the repair division
- Deliver precise forecasts using the monthly repair schedule
- Provide onsite support for customers and employees ensuring quality & safety of works
- Build a new Heavy Repair team by recruiting top talent and leading the team to enhance overall performance and cultivate necessary skills.
Who we are looking for
- Commercially driven
- Industry knowledge of the Lift & Escalator business
- Strong technical experience in complex lift repairs, including roping, controller replacements and motor rewinds
- Knowledge of the CDM regulations.
- Competent in all Microsoft programmes, including Project and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management skills, highly organised, approachable and flexible
- Strong organisational and people skills
- Attention to detail
- Pro-active, driven by results and looking to go the extra mile
