The Company

Our lift plant in Neuhausen is not only the only one in Germany with continuous production of all components - with around 1,000 employees and a production area of 48,000 square metres, it is also the largest of its kind in Europe. Expertise in the engineering and production of lift systems and components is pooled here, innovations are developed and tested and existing components are constantly optimised. We manufacture more than 1,200 lift systems per year and over 17,500 drives here - with an export quota of 70% to all continents of the world.

What we expect

As SAP Lead you will be responsible to manage three SAP Teams, located in different locations, working for different companies within TKE. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Representative of the IT SAP department towards business
  • Align, communicate and develop the SAP strategy within the organization
  • Provide leadership and direction to the SAP teams, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to SAP solutions
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional development within the team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, ensuring alignment between SAP initiatives and overall business strategy
  • Preparation of rollout roadmaps, alignment with business stakeholders and execution of the projects together with business project teams
  • Define and follow-up the budget for the area under your responsibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and other business units, engage with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into integrated SAP solutions
  • Management of external vendors

As part of the Europe Africa SAP team:

  • Coordinate and ensure with other colleagues and IT teams that the solutions and tools in the area are end-to-end consistent with the other SAP modules and external IT tools

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in information Technology, Computer Science or comparable qualification
  • Proven experience as SAP Lead with in-depth-knowledge of SAP logistic modules (MM, PP, SD) and KMATs, minimum 5 years of experience:

-in medium-large industrial corporations

-in international and multicultural environment

-in direct contact with German users and stakeholders

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in business process definition
  • Experience in SAP Lifecycle management and Change management process
  • Proactively customer and solution oriented
  • Ability to understand hidden pain points behind business requirements and quickly identify potential solutions and / or workarounds
  • Motivated to take ownership and courageous to communicate issues transparently
  • Driving personality with the ability to motivate others outside hierarchical structure
  • Strong team player with a permanent focus on the end-to-end delivered value
