TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Lead AR Dispute Analyst located in Miami, FL.
The Lead AR Dispute Analyst is an individual with extensive experience in AR collections. This role will serve as a key point of contact to assist in resolving customer disputes and serve as a resource for Sr. Dispute Analysts in the region. This individual will reside in the field and will work closely with both field and SSC leadership to drive improvement in AR. The Lead AR Dispute Analyst will influence/propose process improvements, utilize analytical skills and collaborate with Sr. AR Dispute Analysts to identify root causes and implement solutions. The Lead analyst will serve as the subject matter expert to share best practices and escalate widespread issues to drive resolution
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Reviews the disputed AR balances for key customer accounts and engages branch and region management to drive resolution of outstanding payments. Includes overseeing the accuracy of contract setup and changes, the quality of invoices, analyzing and reconciliation of the whole customer account
- Assumes a single point of contact to resolve disputes and support the main order-to-cash processes
- Responsible for collaborating with senior leadership, general managers, and account managers when specific action items are needed from them, ensuring account issues are resolved.
- Drives resolution by regularly teaming up with key Shared Service teams, leading to long-term process improvements
- Supports the frontline collector, upon escalation, in discussing with a Branch Manager for the issuing of suspension of services notice (“Hold Letters”) and final demand letters to non-paying customers.
- Supports the frontline collector in the preparation of legal packages for placement with attorneys. Ensures packages contain all necessary documentation to improve the company’s success rate in collecting outstanding payments.
- Ability to learn and navigate various ERP/software systems, quickly learn/understand the order-to-cash process, from contract signage to collections.
- Conduct monthly meetings with Sr. AR Dispute Analysts, consolidate top areas of opportunity, and report out to the Senior leadership team to address systemic process issues.
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least (5-7) years related experience with business-to-business customer interactions and/or training in collections.
- Elevator industry or service-related field experience
- Ability to read and interpret business contracts, technical procedures, and government regulations.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
